The support staff will walk you through the process depending on how you closed the account and why.  Players that requested the closure and did not do so by self-banning themselves will have the ability to reinstate the account.  Players that self-banned themselves will have to wait-out a grace period before returning.
You can close and/or delete your account by visiting your profile, clicking the 'Edit Profile' tab which is located below your 'Username' and then hitting the delete button. 


This will remove your profile from the site. 


You can also auto-ban your account for a certain period of time by clicking in the calender the date of your comeback.


As for the final cashout for the account, if this applies, please call our customer support center or request the final cashout before deleting your profile.

It is up to you to protect your password. 



Never reveal the information relating to your account to anyone.



We will never ask you to give us your password at any time; it’s only use is for login into your account.  If our staff ever gives you a call please make sure to remember that we do NOT ask for this type of verication for your account.  If anyone does call asking you to confirm with you password please email immediatly and call our customer support team to report the issue.  This is purely for your personal protection and security.



Regularly change your password by going to your profile and clicking 'Edit Profile' and then you can change it. 



If you ever make the mistake of giving out your password make sure you change it right away. 



We suggest you change your password every 2-3 months for your personal security, and you should also do this for all your internet passwords in general.

Enter your email address used during your registration; you will receive a new password by e-mail at the email address you initially registered.


You must use the password sent to your e-mail (copy/paste) to re-enter.
