By default, Support Team sends you an e-mail each time we do some advertising or approve/reject a video or a photo you are trying to upload, each time someone subscribes to your account (profile), writes something on your wall, comments on your videos/photos, comments on your games and each time another user sends you a message. 
If you are a very active user in our community, it might overload your email box so we give you the option of managing your e-mail notifications.
To do so, just log into your into your account and click on 'YourUsername'.
Click on 'Edit Profile'.
Select the 'Preferences' tab.
  In the 'EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS' section, uncheck the boxes of the subjects for which you don't need an e-mail notification.  This will remedy the overflow.
